What products do you sell?
We specialize in trading card games, including sealed products, booster packs, booster boxes, starter decks, accessories, and other TCG-related items.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Free local pickup is available at checkout. Pickup Hours are Monday - Friday 5pm - 10pm EST. You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. We offer local delivery on orders of $100 or more for a $9.99 delivery fee within our delivery area. 20 miles within Wilkes Barre, PA
Do you ship orders?
Yes! We ship orders throughout the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Are pre-orders guaranteed?
Pre-orders are allocated based on product availability from distributors. In the unlikely event that a product allocation is reduced, customers will be contacted and refunded if necessary.
How are trading cards packaged?
We take extra care to package all products securely to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Do you buy or trade cards?

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and products so we can assist you.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of collectible card products, opened products are not eligible for return. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
