Refund & Return Policy

At Cards On Fire, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened booster packs

  • Opened booster boxes

  • Opened cases

  • Opened starter decks

  • Opened preconstructed products

  • Trading card singles

  • Digital products or codes

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shane@cardsonfire.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
