Thank you for shopping with Cards On Fire.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During new product releases, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order products will ship when they become available. If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise specified.

Release dates are determined by manufacturers and distributors and may be subject to change.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Cards On Fire is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members or neighbors.

We will assist customers in filing claims when appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Cards On Fire is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on destination, carrier requirements, or applicable laws.

We currently ship within the United States unless otherwise noted.
